Schedule and Guest Information

Program Schedule:

5:00 p.m. VIP Reception/Silent Auction for Federal Club and VIP
6:00 p.m. Silent Auction Opens for All Guests
7:15 p.m. Dinner Program (please be seated by 7:10 p.m.)
9:15 p.m. Silent Auction Closes
10:00 p.m. After Party 32nd Floor of the Westin St Francis Union Square
10:00 p.m. Silent Auction Pick-up (immediately after the program ends)
11:00 p.m. Silent Auction Pick-up Ends

Ballroom Location:

Located just above the main lobby of the Westin St Francis Union Square.  Take the stairs or elevators to the 2nd floor.

Registration:

No hard copy tickets will be issued. Once on the 2nd floor, guests should proceed to the registration area. At check-in guests will receive their dinner table number, pre-register credit-cards and a BidPal iPod touch device to make silent auction bids. We recommend guests arrive between 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to allow for registration, reception and silent auction. VIP guests may arrive as early as 4:45 p.m.

Silent Auction:

You can bid on a variety of donated items to help raise money for HRC immediatley after you arrive!

Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process that also includes a silent auction bidder number. In order to expedite the check-out process, you will be asked to pre-register a credit card during check-in. These are the benefits of pre-registering your credit card:

  • Expedited silent auction check-out, no standing in line to pay!
  • The credit card will not be charged if the guest hasn't won an auction item
  • The credit card info is stored only until the charge is completed; then securely destroyed

Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, you will be notified on your BidPal device if you have won. If you pre-swiped your credit card, you may proceed to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items at the end of the program. 

Dinner Seating:

Guests will be assigned a table number at registration. If needed, volunteers will escort guests to their assigned tables. We recommend that guests be seated in the ballroom by 7:10 p.m. to be ready for the opening which begins promptly at 7:15 p.m.

Attire:

Black-tie is encouraged. A wide range of festive attire is appropriate, especially individuals outfitted by Artful Gentleman, in support of the custom HRC Suit Up for Equality campaign.

After Party:

Don't miss the dual after parties beginning at 10 p.m. on the Westin's 32nd floor with spectacular wraparound views framed by 14 foot floor to ceiling windows.  Once on the Imperial Floor, join us for TWO distinct after party settings.
